Realistically what scores would I need in Methods, English, Chem, Physics, Specialist and LOTE Background Language to get 96+ ATAR?

My top 4 will probably be:

Methods

Chem

Spec

Physics

Should I rely on LOTE even though I got Background language instead of Second Language?

I lived in India for 3 years during covid but never learnt or was exposed to the language (hindi) during that time but WACE enrolled me as second language. It is not the language I speak at home or the language my parents speak so I rlly have no advantage. I assume that means competing against much more fluent speakers/writers, putting me at an disadvantage. My level currently would be that

  1. I can comfortably write in Hindi but mess up spelling/grammar
  2. I can read but my vocab is weak
  3. I can speak but it is like casual speaking mixed with English words.

I was taught by my dad when I was much younger and probably retained it through movies and the language I speak at home is similar, so through that as well.

If it was second lang, I would definitely do it. I am still going to take it but I am not sure if I should rely on it getting a decent score. I am in Year 11, for context.

Those who were background language and taking a LOTE, what would you say your level was when taking the exam? And did it get you a decent score?
