Best in Grass 2026

I'm curious what you guys are hoping will be in the Best in Grass kits or if you already know whats in them. What brands or strains are you looking forward to trying? And I'm also curious if anyone is going to be purchasing any of the kits. I purchased the Indica flower kit last year at Valley Wellness. I was mostly happy with it. There was maybe about 4 products that were very disappointing. I mean, it was just fun judging and trying different brands and strains. What are you guys doing? Let me know.

Looking to try 710 Labs or Breakwater flower. I need recommendations with high Beta Caryophyllene, Beta Myrcene, and Linalool.

Thinking about one of these, but would love other perspectives on the different strains that 710 Labs and Breakwater grow.

Is anybody else getting frustrated with being shorted on whatever they purchase from dispo's

I've purchased lots of different brands and different strains all throughout New Jersey. And for some reason, I keep coming up short on certain brands like good green and rhythm. I was just recently shorted by clade 9 lipsmackers as well, and when I brought it to the attention of a GTI higher up, I was interrogated on, how do I know my scale is correct? Is my scale state inspected? Now, I don't know anybody that has a personal scale that gets their scale certified by the state. That was a ridiculous question. Now I know how to recalibrate my scale. I know how to do it the old school way by putting a dollar bill on it. Make sure it weighs a gram or I could use the actual little metal grammage weights to make sure my scale is on point. Now my scale is always on point. Why am I getting shorted from rhythm, Good green, and now clade 9. It's also happened with Hamilton farms. ( They were the only company to make it right) I don't understand why I am being shorted or how they're shorting the community. Because there should be scale variances, for every company. Now I've worked for 3 in the past, and it's normally anywhere for an 1/8 anywhere from 3.65, to 3.75 at certain places and others places it's 3.52 to 3.62. But they should be considering the drying of the product and whatever container they're putting the product in. Because plastic containers do not have a vacuum seal. Glass containers yes they do. Bags I'm on the fence about it's a hit-or-miss with bags with me. But I'm just curious if anybody else in the New Jersey cannabis community weighs their product before ingesting them. And if not, I suggest you do, because out of the probably 17 eighths, I have gotten in the past three months, 10 of them have been short. Now if I'm spending $60 or most of the time, I get it on sale and spend anywhere from $30 to $40, but if I'm spending that amount of money, I'm expecting to have a minimum of 3.5g to be receiving 3.3g to 3.4g is ridiculous. And the company should be ashamed of themselves, especially when I bring it to their attention. And they interrogate me saying, well, it must be your scale or bring it back to the dispensary, or as soon as it leaves my facility, it's out of my hands. Those are the answers that I got from one particular company which I will not say which one but aren't we supposed to be doing better for the customers? Isn't this supposed to be a product to help people? If so, which I hope that's what these companies are doing, or their purpose for growing is to be helping the communities and the peiple in the communities, they need to be doing better. And when called out on it, they need to take a step back and consider what somebody is saying might be the truth. Instead of interrogating and telling the person that they're wrong or telling the person that their scale is not state certified. That was the most ridiculous question I've ever been asked, is my scale state certified? I don't know anybody's personal scale that is state certified, but i've been a cannabis enthusiast for over 25 years plus working in the industry in different cultivation centers in all different departments for over 3 years and I always weigh my product before I smoke it to make sure that it's on point. If it was five dollars and it was short, I wouldn't care. But if i'm spending anywhere from thirty to forty dollars on an item, the weight better be on point. Sorry for the rant. Please let me know your experiences with this issue. I'm bringing this to everybody's attention, so the cannabis companies in new jersey can start to do better.
