[Cartier, Omega, JLC] Picking a dressy watch

I have a selection of sports watches but none that could be called dress pieces. I don't need a dress watch a lot. I can get by with my sports watches or none at the end of the day but i would like to upgrade my options a bit. I really like dressy watches and love the fact they can be upgraded or downgraded with different straps.

So i checked the market (used mostly) and picked three watches i really like. Two of them can't be seen anywhere unfortunately. My wrist is 17cm so i'm picking watches that can do casual easily but can also work as a dress watch if needed and hang their own in my collection.

  1. JLC Geographic Sector. A prominent brand, great looking, non boring dial setup and fine size at 39mm and 11.6mm thick. I can see this one in any setting really, looks great on different straps.

  2. Omega CK859. Another sector dial (yeah, i like them). A bit more boring, a bit less versatile maybe and people say it wears bigger than dimensions say (practically the same as JLC, just a bit thicker).

  3. Cartier Santos Medium. Most polished, shiny (too much..?), prone to scratches. But i do love roman numerals, size is fine, strap changes are easy (but expensive). Maybe even too dressy.

I've added photos too. What do you say? First two need to be bought used. Cartier can be bought used or new.

Before ordering my m340i...

So i've been busy in configurator and at the dealer. I drove a test car (330i) last week. Engine was fine but i missed some power and sound. I liked how quiet it was while cruising in comfort mode though.

I'm very much set on m340i Touring. Getting more power and grunt is nice and i believe in comfort with adaptive suspension cruising should be even better than 330i and still quiet. I'm not sure if i want acustic panels since i read they can't be broken out or in (in case of accident, that could be bad).

The last thing i have trouble with is the interior (seats). What i do know is, i don't want cloth/alcantara seats (hard to clean, specially dog hair) and i don't want Sensatec Red.
I'm pretty much between Sensatec black or cognac. I also like Vernasca Leather black with blue stitching but there is a 1400 eur price tag to it. Help me out a bit, which color/material is best?

Sensatec black is universal, i saw it in a test car. It's fine.

Sensatec Cognac looks great but i'm not sure about two tone dash. I'm not sure if it's great or a bit too much overall. And i didn't see it anywhere. It hides dog hair better than black.

Vernasca black is real leather so nicer to the touch. Better to sit in? Cooler/hotter..? Worth the price tag? Not sure.

Outside color is skyscraper grey with M sport package (black details, smoke lights) and sun roof. Wheels are classic 792M. Interior trim is ash grey blue wood.

I have a m340i Touring setup I'm buying, but have second thoughts about buying it new.

We know the car is going towards the end of product line and next year a new one will come. I've got a price down to 76k eur (89k dollars), very loaded with equipment and with 4 year warranty and 5 year service plan but I intend to keep this car for 8 to 10 years. Is that a good deal or should I just wait to find the right one used and go for that?

What I'm buying: m340i touring, skyscraper grey color, cognac interior, 19" wheels, many extra equipment.
