IBS help - results

I was diagnosed with IBS around 10 years ago and have been suffering quite a lot! I ended up doing a test which showed I had various intolerances/allergies such as gluten (intolerance), yeast, wheat, cows milk etc etc. however I find that overall I feel better when I stick to really basic diet I.e plain chicken and rice and some Brocolli I still get flare ups. I’m starting to think it could be SIBO, MCAS, Celiac, Bile acid malabsorption etc!! Just any advice from anyone who has been diagnosed with any of the above how did you go about with treatment etc? I live in a country where wait times to see any specialist can take years unless you go private! Any advice anyone can offer from their own experience would be appreciated !!

Do I have endometriosis?

I am completely aware it’s only diagnosable by surgery but I just wanted to see if anyone else went through similar symptoms before being officially diagnosed via laparoscopy.

First day painful periods (nothing too bad that can’t be usually dealt with by taking ibuprofen) however if I come on at night I will wake up with pretty bad cramps and will not fall back to sleep.

I think my period is regular flow? Don’t think it would be considered very heavy and definitely not light.

Fertility - struggling

Had an ultrasound the other day and my report says something along the lines of ‘small cyst found on right ovary could be hemorraghic cyst or endometrioma.

I’ve heard the surgery can make IVF harder or something ? For my age I already have less folicles than is expected

Just looking for any advice really!! Thank you!

Spotting - please explain

I spot quite regularly for 2 days before a period it’s normally brown and not much before my actual period starts. I thought this was normal but now I’m reading it could be low progesterone ? I just wanted some advice!

I also get quite painful periods mainly on the first 2 days but it’s alleviated by taking ibuprofen…again I thought this was super normal but the females in my work told me they never get period cramps! I was so shocked ! Then looking online it also says the same…

I’ve had all the blood work done im still waiting for the results on the progesterone which hopefully I will get in the next few days! My LH I think was like 3.4 and my FSH was 9.7 but it was accidentally taken on day 1 of full flow and not the standard day 3/4?

Just looking for any advice!
