Does cgpa matter once we get shortlisted for interviews?

My cg is between 6.95-7 range.

Is this acceptable for companies off campus?

Are people with this low cg get into Google and all..

(For internships)

I have internship season starting in july/aug and my current quals:

1. 6.98 cg
2. tier 1 clg
3. jee mains: 99.5 , adv: (5.5-6k) (if it matters)
4. 1900 on cf, been to icpc regionals
5. secured 3rd position in a hackathon
6. have a full stack project (not a basic application, It can work at a scale)
7. 1 low latency , 1 system level project

Since, My cg is extremely low, Is it possible to get intern at faang/goldman etc firms?

My cs fundamentals are fairly strong (did them afterwards)

I wanna know if there are people like me who got there ? (gives hope ig)

Which companies are less inclined towards cgpa and some other relevant /helpful info if you can share?

Got 6.8 cgpa at end of 2nd year.

Are there chances of internship at a good company like Google/amazon/goldman?

A bit about me:

I'm from a tier 1 college

With good problem solving (1900+ on cf, been to icpc)

Also gave created scalable full stack project and a good systems project

~99.5 mains , ~6k adv (if they matter)

I just wanna know if someone at similar place got into them or smth..

Are there any companies which are open for people with cgpa <7?

(I have in range 6.5-7)
