Longgg time lurker here. My wife is a coffee fanatic and for the past 6 years we have been rocking with the Breville Barista Pro and a Baratza ESP. I would have an occasional cup here and there but did not have it religiously like my wife. After weeks of analysis paralysis (I blame this subreddit 😆), I pulled the trigger on a Bianca and an All Ground Sense. It’s amazing how good the shots are pulling and how easy it is to dial in a new roast. I have now jumped head first into the espresso arena and can’t wait to nerd out more. Glad I discovered this community!

Surprise gifts: 6 1/2 qt Oval (Shallot) and 7 1/4 Round (Artichaut)

We had no idea what to expect at FTT Dallas, but wow was it a great time. We were overwhelmed by all the options but came out with some great stuff. Can’t wait to get cookin!
