What if there was a dupe brand, but instead of imitating current viral products, they create dupes of discontinued or reformulated makeup?

I can't find a brand like this anywhere, so I apologize if it does exist. I'm also not sure if this idea is even possible due to ingredient bans and possible lawsuits (If the original brand sued them or something idk). Perhaps if it's online only and operates in a country without those bans. I don't know anything about business or the law, it's just a fantasy.

Considering all these posts and talk about products that we wished still existed, wouldn't it be cool if there was a brand out there that recreated our past favorites in as close to the original formula as possible? Such as Anastasia Glow Kits, Benefit Dallas, Revlon Lip Butters, UD Naked, etc. They could dupe what is still around, like Double Wear, Orgasm, etc in their beloved formulas. The shade ranges could be extended if let's say they remade Dream Matte Mouse (let's be honest, nobody was wearing the correct shade of that). Perhaps it would send a message to other brands to think twice before discontinuing (if by choice of course). It just seems like there would be a demand for it.

Thoughts on Black Radiance setting sprays?

I go through setting spray like crack so I need something affordable for everyday use that is still decent. I've been seeing the Black Radiance brand but I can find very few reviews (some about different products entirely on the review pages somehow) on them so I came here for opinions. Are they any good? TIA!
