I’m a 40 year old female and since December I have had very hard red bumps on both my ankles and a bit on arms. They are super itchy. They start hard and red and then the bumps stay before drying out and becoming just dry red patches. For a month now it’s gotten worse on arms. Doctor has no clue.

What is this? It’s on my ankles, arms (on both sides). Starts with big spots that are red and hard. Awfully scratchy then they kind of dry up with lactic acid cream. It started on my feet and ankles in December and now is getting progressively worse. Pictures are my arms.
