Eerie Japanese bird call, id please!
I heard this eerie back and forth kind of call while visiting Nikko (Japan) at the end of July. What bird is this? Any help would be much appreciated!

White scales on the hand's palm, not itchy, don't go away
I realized I have this whiteish scales on the palm of my hand, right in the middle of the picture.
They are not itchy but they don't seem to go away by (light) scratching or soap
