Looking to move here, would being non-religious be a big deal?

Hi all,

I’m looking to relocate here or Southeast Idaho for outdoor recreation. I’m a person in my late 30s who isn’t heavily affiliated with politics or religion and am mixed in ethnicity. I’m coming from Mississippi and never had issues.

I’ve read it’s dominantly LDS here. I’m generally a very upbeat person but also love my solitude. I’d love to meet buddies who go off-roading and camping to learn the local areas, but okay with my independence. Would I be okay in your city?

Also, I’m looking at Zillow. The one bedroom apartments under 1.5k are all accurate?

Thanks a lot everyone for your insight.

Edit: I’m not married and no kids. Not looking to purchase a home anytime soon. An apartment is perfectly fine for me.

Does anyone work at Little Rock, AR or Ft Oglethorpe GA? How’s the warehouse vibes?

Hey all.

I’m looking to move to a state with some great outdoor scenery but not NW cost of living. I unfortunately don’t know anyone at those warehouses and would be bummed transferring to a warehouse that has negative vibes even though I’d be happy with what the area offers.

1-2 bed apartment recommendations or ones to avoid in WLR?

Hi all. I’m looking to move to WLR and will work near Chenal Pkwy.

My budget is 800-1300.

I’ve been trying to match some that I see from Zillow to YT/online videos. Are there some that you recommend or don’t recommend?

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

4.88 or 4.56 gears?

Hey all. I recently added a GX460 rear end and front differential as well as a steering rack. I’ve added some weight so far between bumpers, drawer system, auxiliary fuel tank winch etc. Currently running 33s and honestly plan to keep it that way for now.

Have any of you went with either gear and happy with it?

Hey all. After visiting a few times, I’m very interested in moving there. Is it cheaper technically to live in actual Chattanooga or in Fort Oglethorpe?

Also, does anyone work at the Costco location? It looks super busy, are you all recruiting currently?
