Upgrading from 2080 on a budget

As the title says im looking at upgrading from a basic 2080 and trying to see where best my money lies between a few choices, this is idealy for an entry level 1440p setup, need a new motherboard and psu as theyre from a prebuilt I got for free and lack many features and a locked bios with proprietary bs to boot. But its got a 10700k and 16gb of ddr4, going to buy another set of ram to make it to 32gb and either a 14400f or a 5800xt, havent decided yet and I got a 1tb gen 4 ssd I was given.

(Prices are an approximate of what I could find)

B580 $310

7700xt $460 (with PSU from asrock)

9060xt (16gb) $460+

Used 4070 (12gb) $470+

Which of these 4 would you recommend? For price to performance but also still capable of 60fps+

NCase M3 extended feet help

Thought this would be straight forward printed 4 different feet to see what I liked best including directly from NCase, after several hours of printing I unplug my computer remove the bottom panel and none of the bolts fit 🤬 i looked through all the bolts in my bag of bolts that came with the case and still nothing. Any ideas?

First timer here, got this GPU from a coworker who spilled his drink on his PC. He gave it to me as after the fact this particular GPU stopped working, I disassembled the gpu and cleaned the PCB with isopropyl alcohol and this is the only damage I can see so far but it doesn't look good. Is this salvagable? And if so how would I go about fixing it? The first picture is the worst I think and the third picture is the opposite side of it, the second seems to be a short between two traces I believe theyre called? Like I said first time, either way any advice, help, tips, anything would be appreciated!
