How bad are my lobes if at all?

I've been watching this sub for a while and I finally decided to take photos of my ears, I've been stretching them for almost a decade at this point (that's crazy to think about) and I've stopped at 3/4in or 19/20mm(I've seen listings for both sizes so I'm not sure what is accurate lol) but I've known for a while that the insides of my ear lobes looked bad though they have recently looked less... Butthole ish XD but seeing some of y'all's it makes me wonder if mine are kinda fucked up or not, I did a lot of quickly sizing up when I first started because I was in highschool and didn't actually know what I was doing lol, any advice if they are bad

I am looking to start the processes of nullo and from the link shared his seems promising but I wanted to ask y'all if any of you went to him, how things went and all that, I live in Oregon but I think travelling would be best especially for nullo

I hate my nipples, they are what give me the most dysphoria/discomfort but I wanna keep them as a token of what I've been through if that makes any sense?

I'm really hoping the surgeon will let me because it's my body part she'll be removing ya know?

AFAB and AMAB people who "buried" the nerves, how well did that go for you? I ask because I can't climax without outside sti-mulation(couldn't post without the dash because the t i m isn't allowed to be next to each other in a word) but I want nullo so badly I'm just scared to lose the ability to cum lol. How has it effected your ability to feel sti-mulation down below
