Blue cheese, vacuum sealed overnight
Hello! I accidentally left a vacuum sealed piece of blue cheese out overnight. It is winter here and quite cold (room temp of 10°c). Is it a lost cause? I only bought it last night and left it in my shopping bag in the kitchen :(
