I have a party of 4 (soon to be 5) where the highest Dex score is +2, only one character has Thievery training, and no one has Acrobatics or Stealth training

I'm just wondering the best way to navigate the complete absence of an attribute. Reflex spells and abilities are obviously going to be tough to deal with but that should be ok, do I just never have Balance checks, locked doors, or stealth sections? Do I put things that require Dex in still knowing the party's going to fail?

It's maybe a bit of a silly question but I'm just unsure the best way to do things, I don't want to make the world feel super tailored to the party because that's unrealistic but also don't want to set them up for failure
