Advice needed

Back into golf after a few years out. Feels like there's a LOT of issues here despite the strike being okay. Would love any feedback. I'm aware of the front foot shift - can't seem to get away from that movement :/

Was lucky enough to be upgraded from PE to J on QF63 on the way out but keen to understand my chances for tomorrow’s QF64 flight on the return.

Does anyone know if it’s usually lower chance on the way back to Aus? I’m silver status requesting Rewards upgrade.
