Is it a safe website?

Im currently in a boys only high school and about to finish this school year, next year will be the final year and in my country that final year has a final exam and its very important. My family insists that i go to a mixed school nearby and its private and the teachers and the school as a whole is much better but its mixed, i personally think i can get any score regardless but my family insists, should i stay at my current school or go to the mixed one?

Hey, i wanna know if i should be specific with my duas or leave it to Allah? Should it be "Oh my Lord, grant me whatever You know is best for me" or should be ultra specific like "my Lord, llease grant me x, grant me y and z"?

Do note what i seek is extremely lofty and rare, but not impossible and has precedents.
