Any help would be appreciated identifying this part. Recently lost all coolant and found this when I opened the hood. 2015 Corolla LE

Hi so I’ve recently installed the 034 inserts on my mk7.5 GTI 6speed DSG and have been concerned with the level of vibrations in the cabin. I know obviously a certain level of increased NVH is expected with these and I’ve heard varying reviews about them but I didn’t expect it to be so bad. 1st gear starts from full stops are brutal and the car shakes so bad the plastic interior rattles. I did mess up on the installation and torqued everything on uneven jack stands at first but I’ve since loosened everything and retorqued on flat ground with all 4 wheels down and that seems to have helped a bit but the 1st gear vibrations are brutal. No vibrations at idle or reverse like other people state though. Is there anything else I should do to reduce this or is it just normal? I hear it might settle down in the coming weeks aswell
