Part of the new nodes north of Witch/Sorc. For this alone I'm playing top-side builds for the rest of my life

(Update: it's bugged and only works on chilled ground created by enemies. Per the suggestions below I will now roll a Warrior for the rest of my life, surely that's the call)

The cropped rewind button points out that the player has a rewind button.
