Finally have a No Contact order
Last year I shared a story regarding my horrible next door neighbor. After a terrible night of harassing behavior, he was finally charged with disorderly conduct. He accepted a plea deal. 12 months probation, 12 months anger management, 6 months community service and a permanent no contact order regarding me. This should have resolved the issue. He's started to park junk vehicles in front of my home again. I ignore him and park wherever I can. He saw that he couldn't get a reaction from me so he stopped. He mows the neighbors lawn next to me and uses this as an excuse to walk along my side walkway. He sets off my cameras constantly as he walks up & down my walkway. He often stops, stands on the walkway & takes phone calls. One of his previous harassment techniques was to set off my battery powered camera. He stated he wanted to run my battery down. I upgraded to hardwired cameras and a monitored security system. My question is this, do I ignore him trespassing on my property while he mows the neighbors lawn or should I report his behavior because it is in violation of the no contact order? He is looking for a way to get things started again.
