Not. Arrived at Charleston at 1:03am after a severely delayed flight (returned to airport an hour in due to swollen battery). All flight info is in my reservation. Closing time is 1am. Every other company had people there. Nada from hertz. Not the desk, gold desk, lot, exit gates. Ubered to hotel so I can uber back in the morning to get the car I should have had on arrival. Super annoyed.
