I had to cancel my ₹3200 Pune booking because my grandfather became severely ill in Akola. I went to the office 4 hours before departure—plenty of time for a refund.
Instead of helping a distressed customer, the Akola agent showed pure greed. Only 152 rs he'll refund he said and said if the seats get filled which I have cancelled then only he'll refund 1500 rs if not then you pay 1500 rs more., and went against his own Pune Headquarters' policy. The worst part was his disgusting and disrespectful behavior toward my father on the phone.
Money can be earned back, but manners and humanity cannot. Please do not support a business that preys on people during family medical emergencies.
Money can buy a bus ticket, but it can’t buy character or empathy. Looting ₹3,200 from a family in distress won’t make you rich, but it proves how morally bankrupt you are.
