If I go with a window A/C or central A/C, is there any difference in the electricity bill? I mean, is there any considerable difference between them?

Laptop - MSI Modern 15 FIMG
After I bought this laptop, even i put mazimum volum sound is very low, so i install 3DP chip and downloaded some sound drivers , after that my pc there is no sound , i check in the control panel also, now it showing there is no audio device, after that i try to download driver from official website for MSI even i install that nothing happend, please tell me what should i do? this is my office laptop
