Shoe Rotation
I've been running 3x a week for 2.5 months now. I hit my goal of a sub-1 hour 10k after a month of training, and last week I clocked my fastest 5k at a 5:30/km pace. My next goal is to finish a half marathon.
For context, before I started running, I trained for and completed a 100km+ long-distance walk.
For my first two months of running, I was reusing the shoes from my walking days (UltraBoost 19, Cloudeclipse, Vomero 18), but I recently invested in some dedicated running shoes.
Current Shoe Rotation: Vomero 18, Cloudeclipse, Zoom Fly 6, and Adios Pro 4.
On my last run, I noticed that my Cloudeclipse weren't providing proper cushioning anymore, and I'm thinking about retiring them from my running sessions.
Do you think I need to replace them, or should I just stick with the 3-shoe rotation I have left?
