Questions about The Showstopper number

In this section of the number, we are shown people (mostly women) who Bojack has wronged or screwed over in some way that he feels so guilty about that they haunt his hallucination.

Is that Penny or Charlotte or an amalgamation of both characters?
Was his relationship/breakup with Wanda really so terrible that she should be included in this? It sucked, but she is hardly mentioned post season 2 whereas the other non-regular characters (Herb and Penny/Charlotte for example) are mentioned enough throughout the show that we know Bojack thinks of them regularly. She could have been switched out for Sharona since she shows up later or just not been there at all and it would have been symmetrical. 4 characters on each side.

On a rewatch and am currently on S1, EP6 when Bronn volunteers to be Tyrion's champion in his Trial by Combat in the Eyrie, but I wonder...

Why was Bronn even there? We meet him in episode 4 at the inn where Cat takes Tyrion prisoner and he appears to just be a guest there. Then we see him in the next episode traveling with Cat's party on the way to the Vale when they get attacked by mountain folk. Why was he traveling with them? He wasn't named in Cat's "You served my father" speech in the previous episode, so why was he traveling with them? I haven't read the books, so I was wondering if it is addressed there. Is it because he's a sellsword and he offered his services to Cat offscreen? And if that is the case, wouldn't offering to be Tyrion's champion be like, a breach of contract or something?

Also, 1.6 is the first time Tyrion goes into bringing a jackass and a honeycomb into a brothel and is interrupted by Lysa. Robin asks, "What happened next?" The world will never know.

What's this I hear about Stupid Song not being on the radio?

I don't listen to the radio (I use Apple Music) but I've seen some things online about how Olivia's record label isn't releasing Stupid Song to radio stations. Is that true and, if so, why? Don't they want it to do well? The streaming numbers are crazy good, so why are they withholding radio play?
