I genuinely do not understand the hate that this songs gets.

Im aware live albums sound very different, but it’s more about her vocals being stuck. This isn’t really a huge problem and I might just be nitpicking, but she keeps writing songs that she can’t sing live. I really overlooked it in the first two albums cause she was so young and she had very strong performances when I watched her live. But at the same time, she was out of breath during basically every song that she wasn’t sitting down for.

I know she has asthma, but all the live performances of the new album have had me cringing especially Drop Dead because she literally can’t sing it at all (I know it’s very difficult, but she literally wrote it). Im not classically trained in western music but all the people she looks up to (Gwen Stefani, Robert Smith, Lily Allen, even Taylor) are very aware of their vocal strengths and weaknesses. Even her peers (Conan, Tate, Billie, Chappel) are rlly good at writing songs they can sing.

Now that I’m writing this out I’m maybe realizing most of the blame is Dan’s cause he’s producing and maybe too used to Conan and Chappel. I’m still going to see her on tour, but I hope she can deliver the very challenging album that she’s written. Maybe firing her Zionist vocal coach will help lol

Am I the only one who wants to hear the original love song lyrics on the first half of the album that she changed after the breakup?
I know this made her art more authentic and honest but as a sad girl who is in love and still in a healthy relationship I’d love to hear her take on the perhaps blindly happy take of the album.

I hear these every time at 0:05, 0:20, 0:22, and 0:35 on stupid song. The ones in “less” are very obvious and sound like a porch swing to me. The ones in stupid song sound softer and more hidden but it’s driving me crazy I see no discourse about them. They sound more like a chair or mattress squeak. Does anyone but me hear these?? Is it a drum I’m hearing wrong?

At the very end of the song when she say "If loving me means saying babe I think this is the end..." the instrumental ends and its just an accapella of Olivia finishing "... then I guess, I wish I wish I wish you loved me less" and she become less audible idk lol.

Okay so when they first dropped i tried to get them but i couldn't , but now when i checked i saw that i could get tickets at the same like shows i wanted to (the europe ones) but like why ? did new dates drop or smth or am i misunderstanding? All i wanna know is if i'm able to get tickets or not ?
