I messed up trying to cut through some parmigiano reggiano. Bought from Japan a couple of years ago. Can this be fixed? If so, anyone have a good recommendation for SoCal?

ELI5: Why can’t astronauts remove their helmets in space?

Why can’t they hold their breath for 20 seconds , remove their helmet for a photo op, then put it back on real quick?
