Is it possible to recover this account?

My phone number has been changed and the email for the account was deleted. I saw online that you can do a selfie video thing and it can recover it that way but I'm not seeing that option T_T on Android so maybe it's just an iPhone thing idk

Using my old phone I can sometimes get it to pull up the send 2 friends a message verifying it's you but I was reading that it sometimes doesn't work? Or like it takes days before the message is sent.

Been just trying different passwords every now and then to see if one works lol but weird thing is I forgot my password to the account I'm now using (terrible memory rip) so you know did the whole reset thing and when I tried to log on again it said the password was wrong?? Had to send a code to my phone for it to work T_T

Atp I'd be happy if they just delete the account T_T is there a way to email them about it?

Is this really normal?

The cramps are really bad like my knee keeps subluxing and it hurts worse than that, I feel dizzy/faint and nauseous because of the pain. My lower back hurts when I'm on my period too it feels uncomfortable there's this weird thunk there whenever I bend over or twist

Also I'm really tired lol just woke up from a five hour nap and I'm still sleepy. Literally the only reason I woke up was bc a family member called and my ringtone is loud lol wanted to go back to sleep but then I thought that's probably not a good idea

I've been to the ER before because of it passed out, tremors, and kept throwing up. They had to give me fluids and pain+nausea meds

But I am told by my family that this is normal because their pain was really bad too and idk is it? Also the sweating T_T my legs don't sweat at all so my body compensates by just sweating a lot up top rip

Always wanted to try it but I can't dance for long without a crutch so is it possible to do it with one?

Also wasn't sure what to put for the flair lol

Had partial MPFL surgery like 3 or 4 years ago and they said bc they wired it down that my knee shouldn't dislocate anymore but today I was sitting in a chair playing this game with with my knees like up? Curled?

Idk how to describe it but then I noticed the pain in my knee from sitting like that kept slowly getting worse and I just ignored it bc I was in the zone lol but then I felt this thunk in my knee T_T then I was like okay I should stretch it out or something

but when I tried to move it was so painful, and I almost fell when I tried to stand bc it hurt so much

The brace I wear sometimes is in my room and I'm home alone so to get there I had to hold my knee straight, bent over holding my knee in place so I could walk.

Has anyone else felt this? That thunk feeling like something just shifted inside? It hurt too much to feel like it subluxed and I don't really remember what it felt like when it was dislocated lol low-key in shock when it happened and they put me on some strong pain meds after so my memory of that time is a bit foggy

Update; called the doctors office about it and they said to go to the ER just to make sure none of the wires like broke or something and they're all good :D they think it might've subluxed and then gone back but they only did an X-ray so whether there's tissue damage or something is still unknown. Going to the doctor tomorrow for a follow up. They said to keep weight off it and wear the brace until I can see the doctor just to be safe.
