I (early 40s) met this lady (early 30s) via a photo shoot

We did twice a photo shoot session spaced months. Then she had another idea and due to reasons didn't happen but we hung out at my place. All respectful, she mentioned before she was married (no children) and I acknowledged that

Recently there was a party friends were going with live mariachis and I thought she (Eastern European) might be interested. She came, we had a good time, some food, I translated the cheesy songs for her, and she left home

Now there is a Brazilian party a friend is playing live music and I thought mentioning to her

I had before married female friends and kept it chill and friendly, no romantic vibes

Thoughts from a husband side or experience from similar situation?

She is a photographer so she acknowledged I'm handsome and I acknowledged she is pretty, so there is that

I invite her to these events because they are novel to her and I like to see her enthusiasm

I painted over it but the color brownish still came out

The incident happened a year ago and neighbor supposedly fixed the issue

A guy told me it needs different kind of painting

I took pictures every month and the spot does not seem to grow

Do I need an inspector? What kind of inspector? Can I do it on my own?
