Outgoing roommate was a 20sF teacher in Brooklyn.

--The BR has a large closet, with 2 large windows; will come fully furnished with a Fantastic Full-Sized LOFT bed set-up with comfortable mattress; has desk area underneath with chair; and has side shelves (storage space) and x-tra clothes hanging area; also furnished with small drawer space and has window curtains, convenient hooks on the walls etc… The prior roommate removed the AC in the room, but an additional AC may be provided to you if you don't have one of your own. Everything is there so you can just move in with your suitcase!
