Trial date confirmation
Does confirming a trial date mean the crown/judge wants the case to go to trial? I have been draining a lot of money on a lawyer for a simple domestic assault charge, where I know I am innocent, and such cases should not go to trial.
What to expect in between, since the trial date is set for next year!
