Seeing 3 orders notifications in 16 hours a day in 600k city.

Its all they push here. Multiple store orders. Putting 3 heavy batch orders all together all for a whopping 3 dollars per customer. This company is the biggest scumbag company of all time. Already ranked worst company in USA to work for by several surveys. Slave labor wages
Getting zero orders here all day.
Ive stuck through the 40% pay cut after going public. I stuck through another 2 pay cuts in last couple years. Now gas prices are sky high and taxes added in,
This job is no longer profitable. Don't forget all the other expenses like high maintenance and insurance costs. Average base pay here is 2.70 per customer. Nobody is tipping due to horrible economy. Less and less orders every week longer I work due to a dying customer base and over hiring.
Instacart hired too many shoppers here with a dying customer base. Door dash is pushing orders all day even though the pay sucks. Im seeing 5x more grocery store orders on door dash now. This company is doomed.
Should I opt out at this point of heavy orders? Maybe they send a regular order for once
Instacart is a dying platform. Very few customers in this area now. Used to be nonstop orders all day and now maybe 1 order a day i get in a 12 hour shift
Not 1 is profitable. Seen several 4 batches too. I thought they got rid of them? About 200 customers all no tippers not getting food today. No shoppers are taking them. Been trying to rebatch all 3 or 4 times now. Shoppers here are starting to stand their ground
But expect us to not make mistakes? This company probably having to do a hell of a lot refunds to customers with food mixup and issues. This company has gotten super greedy.
