16 year old caught shoplifting, first offence.

Hi there. My 16 year old son got
Caught on camera stealing $21 worth of merchandise from a corner store by his school. The store notified the school, he is suspended for 3 days and we are waiting to hear from the school resource officer. This is my son first offence, he went into the store apologized and paid for what he stole, plus what the other guy with him took. He has never been in trouble before and feels very remorseful and terrified. He has not been formally charged with anything yet, the school told us that it is up to the school resource officer, who will contact us.

He knows he screwed up, and is dealing with a lot
Of consequences at home.

What can we expect?

Ironically his life long dream is to be a police officer, and he is extremely worried about his chances now.

He knows he screwed up, he’s usually a really dedicated, goal driven person who just acted impulsively.

What can we expect?

We are in Alberta

Edit: he has not been formally charged with anything yet, the school told us that it is up to the school resource officer, who will contact us.

Edit: he is also under strict consequences in our home. I am aware that this was a terrible decision, but he is a kid who made a mistake.

Work out routine- effective?

Hi there!

I am a 36 year old woman, working full time, going back to school and raising two teenage boys. I am lucky in the fact that working out has always been something I like to do. But I am over weight, I need to lose weight and maintain muscle. I am seeing a dietician and am working with a doctor for PCOS and other hormone disorder. So the food part is getting good and I am losing weight.
But I want to be fit, I have had two knee surgeries so my spin bike is also my best friend, and I also have an active blue heeler who I walk 1-2 hours a day.

What works best for me is to work out 45 minutes to an hour Sunday-Friday.
My question is, does this look like a solid routine or should I add more? Less? keep in my mind I walk usually 10,000 + steps a day

-three days a week - 45 - 60 minutes full body weightlifting sessions
Alternating with…
-three days a week - 45 minutes spin bike session a week for cardio and knee rehabilitation

Thanks for your input
