How should I proceed with a patient's relative?

I'm a junior resident 1st in Medicine at a college.

Recently a female patient of CVA got admitted under my unit during OPD hours.

When I went to the ward for evening rounds, I saw that her daughter was really pretty.I didn't think of doing anything at that time. Just helped her with the prognosis of her mother and her scans. After she got discharged, I get a text from her daughter saying that maybe she ignored me wheb I had smiled at her..which I don't remember at all as I'm zoned out all the time( being a JR1). We texted for a while..she seems nice but idk if I have the energy to proceed further with her as my residency is so tiring

What should I do? Has anyone else been in a situation like this?
