I'm trying to print some of MZ4250's swarm on insects models on my Saturn 4 16k with Elegoo Space Grey ABS-Like Resin, using Elegoo SatelLite as the slicer. Two of the models printed fine, but the other four failed. Is this a print settings thing? If so, which should I target? Should I replace the release film? Any help would be appreciated.

Resin is ~6 months old, printed in a heated enclosure at 35°C.

I've printed the newest Cones of Calibration, and everything checks out.

I'm brand new to 3d design. I'm trying to print movement trays for miniature wargames. I have a design, with raised text in a different color that I'd like to export to a 3mf for 3D printing, using Orca as my slicer. However, I cannot determine the right way to export this. Any help, or even just links to videos/tutorials would be very much appreciated. I've tried many times, but when I import into Orca, I first get a message about the scale in mm or in, and then as multiple parts or a single part, but no matter what I select, I get garbage, either the letters on top of each other, or just a solid block.
