Can't add RGBIC Floor Lamp Basic to Apple Home

I have spent multiple hours trying to connect this to Apple Homekit. Things I have tried:

  1. the Govee instructions (connect to Govee app, get the QR code, then setup in Homekit)

  2. deleting device from Govee app, then trying to start directly from Homekit

Both give me the same error message. I have set up many smart devices before (Linkind plugs and bulbs) and this one doesnt seem to work. Any tips before I return it?

Help me decide on a headset

Deciding between:
- Audeze Maxwell 2
- HyperX Cloud III S Wireless
- Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless

I play mainly BO7, but will occasionally play Cyberpunk 2077 and definitely GTA 6 when it comes out.

The $130 price point and comfort of the Cloud III’s is enticing, but considering the other 2 for their sound quality. I’m primarily on a desk setup with PS5 Pro.

Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts!
