In the examples above, is this a D2 case of + skills always have more value than %damage? or should I prioritize items with more %bonus to pets overall rather than +skills? What am I looking for as far as affixes on gear is concerned.
What do we figure this is worth currently? And does "upgrading" it via the cube reroll the lightning res roll or does it just add the new stats to it increasing value?
