Story Mode is absolute nonsense and it’s hard to care about the stakes in a Tekken game ever since they established that dudes can be tossed into volcanoes and be fine. Thankfully the online Trophies are simple.
I have a pair of Astro A40s. I use headphones pretty much exclusively while playing games so I’ve been using the Astro HDMI to optical audio adapter. Mine recently stopped working and the official adapter seems to have been discontinued.
I bought this one on Amazon: https://a.co/d/0hAEBT7X It seemed to be working fine, can do 120hz and everything, but the picture on my TV will occasionally cut out and come back. Just wondering if anyone else who uses headphones that require optical audio know of any alternatives.
I’m a Mailhandler at a large processing and distribution center. Came in to work tonight to see everything a complete shitshow; new people being tossed into my area with little to no explanation as to what to do, on the top of that, all of our mail was already just about processed. I was talking to a senior Mailhandler and he was telling me that they’re essentially eliminating T1 and the only shifts going forward will be T3 4:30pm to 1am and T2 8am to 3:30pm. According to him, they’re speaking to people individually based on seniority and giving them a choice as to where to go.
This is absolute bullshit if this is true. A lot of people here have family/logistical reasons to need to work nights, and completely upending people’s lives like this with little to no warning is borderline inhumane. I already wasted 15 years of my life working retail and 8 years with the USPS; I don’t have the energy to look for another job and start over again somewhere else.
FYI I put Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers as favorite antagonist because I personally think Emet Selch is one of the best Final Fantasy villains of all time.
