Hi all! This is my second round of 75 Hard, and today is Day 5.
I’m having what I think is a plantar fasciitis flare. This morning I could barely walk. The pain is most tender where my arch meets my heel, but when I’m standing or walking, I feel it across the entire bottom of my foot.
I want to complete outdoor workout, but I’m wondering what the safest option is. Has anyone dealt with plantar fasciitis during 75 Hard? What did you do for your outdoor workout without making it worse?
