Just wondering what the turn around time is on this as no one seems to be able to tell me at Freedom. It said 7 business days. Now they are saying up to 15 days.

What is your experience? They have confirmed the request for increase is in.

Is it just me or does anyone else think too much stock is put into unwritten rules? I don’t always remember it being this way. They use to be guidelines, not traps which your worth is determined by. I also feel like everyone expects their person unwritten rules to be known by all.

Anyone else feel this way?
