Can't grab the board. Another way to put it is I can either land or grab.

I'm an experienced, conservative kiter (ok I'm old) not doing tricks but I like to jump, and I land them more often than not. I just hug the bar tight with two hands and move it as I land.

But I can never let go of one hand. At the moment as soon as I try, I feel my body rotates in the air, or I can't control the kite, basically I never manage to land. I can't find tutorials that explain clearly what to do.

Is there a trick?

Does it need massive arm and core strength so that you can hold everything steady?

Thanks

Coaching U11

I've started coaching kids (volunteer). They swim, eggebeater, pass, shoot, play... it's a jolly mess, some can barely swim. but I enjoy it and I start thinking we should try to do something a bit more ambitious and structured.

I'm thinking to focus on passing for 3 weeks, then move on to another area.

All very light and one competitive fun... But with a purpose.

Has anyone got experience with kids that age? Any tips or things to avoid?

Id appreciate any advice. Thanks

How big is the data management problem in PE and private markets for LPs? I hear that by the time they have managed to extract the documents sent by GPs and input it in their system, they are exhausted.

Asking as an outsider, as I see many fintechs saying they will solve the PDF problem of private markets. Is it true that sophisticated investors are spending a huge amount of time as clerks to their own investments?
