I’m an active Thumbtack Pro from Washington, and over the past year I built an app called NAVI because I couldn’t find a simple tool that fit the way I actually work.

What do you use to track repeat customers and follow-ups?
I run a cleaning business and was struggling to keep track of repeat customers, follow-ups, job history and revenue without using a complicated CRM.
After trying several options, I ended up building a simple tool for myself.
I’m curious how other small business owners handle this.
Do you use a CRM, spreadsheets, notes, or something else?
What is the biggest thing you dislike about your current system?
