I am so disgusted by this company. Do they really think the merchants that advertise with them can withstand months on end of this nonsense? Ads barely working and the leads that do come in are the worst I have ever received. I’ve spent years advertising on Facebook. I think the situation of them trying to pick who sees your ad is ridiculous. It should be illegal, who are they to choose? This is the worst ad performance I have ever endured.
I’m getting about one in 15 to book. That is a terrible percentage. Anyone else having that same issue?

I run lead ads for a services based business. Just like most reporting on here it has been horrible this year. The FEW leads that answer the phone don’t book an appointment and ask you if they can call back later. There have been too many now. This seems very suspicious. My question is anyone else having the same problem? It just seems so suspicious. I don’t really see how it could be connected, but this whole year has been so weird. Historically over the last five or six years I may have had 3% of people not booked when I talk to them. If you run lead ads, please let me know if you’re having a similar issue thanks!

I’m having a terrible time with my ads this year and according to Meta AI it’s because I have restrictions on my personal profile from nonexistent child nudity and nonexistent automation. I have an slight inside with someone who works in Meta tech-support and they said this is what they do when they’re getting ready to ban somebody. They give them fake restrictions and start not recommending the page and then you get banned. I feel like they’re getting ready to ban me. I’m curious if everybody on here that’s lost an account can tell me the steps that led up to being banned. Thank you!

This is the second time I’ve had a Meta chat bot claim it had set up an ad for me. The first time I just got frustrated with it and shut it off. I thought I was making mistake. Today I spent an hour with a chat bot insisting it was making an ad for me and that it was stuck in drafts. It walked me through deleting all kinds of stuff in my ad account. When the “ glitch “ continued, I got suspicious and started questioning it. Ask it if it was lying to me, claimed It was telling me the truth, and that there was some kind of a technical glitch. Eventually, I went to another window and started a conversation with another chat bot that insisted that chat bots did not have the ability to set up ads for people. WTF?! this is criminal. Where is the list of class action lawsuits against Meta?

This year has been absolutely ridiculous. Meta is constantly flagging my account for no reason applying restrictions one day, taking them off the next day the system thought I was a hacker shut down my ad account. It gave me restriction saying there was child nudity on my page. It disabled and restricted permanently my business profile for my business page siding it was made with automation and it was not. I just got a restriction from contacting Meta tech-support for two weeks because I had contacted them too many times over these issues! They’re flagging anything and nothing. Their ads are not working this year, I do lead forms. As a small business, I normally get 10 leads a day now barely anything and the ones I do get don’t seem to even know why I’m calling them. no thanks this will be my last go round of trying to work with them.
