The Gardens Apartments

Incoming graduate student, it’s the most convenient place to book for the initial 9 months and it’s quite near to campus.

But I heard quite scary things about the place (like the manager). Any tips, that would really help, like if I can request, which block should I prefer and which rooms are much better than the rest.
