[HIRING] Remote, $15 flat per approved short-form video + performance bonus, AI startup creator program
Hiring short-form UGC creators for an ongoing campaign with my AI startup. Filming-light, candidate-perspective reactions, can produce videos at home with a phone.
WHAT I NEED
- 30-60 second short-form videos (TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts format, 9:16 vertical)
- Format: phone-camera filming a laptop screen, candidate-perspective reactions to interviewer footage, caption-driven storytelling
- I provide the source interviewer footage as MP4, you film yourself reacting + speaking
- Estimated 30 minutes of work per approved video
PAYMENT
- $15 USD flat per approved video, regardless of view count
- Performance bonus on top: scales up to $600 per video for 1M+ views
- Paid via Tremendous (you pick: gift card, PayPal, Venmo, ACH, crypto)
- First payout on the first Wednesday after the video has been live 15 days
REQUIREMENTS
- Portfolio with at least 2 sample short-form videos (any niche, want to see your style)
- Active short-form presence on at least one platform (TikTok / IG / YouTube)
- Location: remote, global
- Single freelancers only, no agencies (per sub rules)
- Content must be in English
