Anycubic Kobra 2 Pro - Z-offset extremely oversaturated/sensitive after nozzle replacement. First layer is ruined.
Good morning everyone! I'm facing an issue with my Anycubic Kobra 2 Pro and I'm hoping someone can help me find a solution. (I am attaching a video where you can hear the strange noise during the first few seconds).
A couple of days ago, the printer failed halfway through a print due to a clogged nozzle. Since the printer has been working hard for about a year or two, I took the opportunity to disassemble the print head, inspect the inside (which was perfectly clean), and replace the old nozzle with a brand new one.
After carefully reassembling everything, I ran the module calibration and the auto-leveling process. Unfortunately, every time I start a print now, the first layer is a total disaster.
I tried adjusting the Z-offset manually, but the calibration has become hyper-sensitive:
- At -1.30 it's not right.
- At -1.31 the nozzle is too low and literally scrapes the bed.
- At -1.29 the nozzle is too high and the filament won't adhere at all.
Note: I made sure to hot-tighten the new nozzle correctly.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how I should proceed? Could it be that the auto-leveling sensor (LeviQ) shifted by a millimeter or two while I was working on the print head?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
