I must say, the quality is actually really good.

Overall, I'm satisfied, it's actually good and would definitely recommend any new buyer to get their jersey from fulltimestore but rather keep an eye on clearance sale.

Edit: the pictures got shuffled, but there's one pic where you can see light passing through. That picture is for new jersey buyers, so they know the thickness of cloth

This is my Experience With Fanaacs. Please Read Before Buying

I ordered a Japan Away FV, size S, from Fanaacs on 7th August for ₹934 after applying a 15% discount coupon. The jersey was delivered on 11th August.

I usually record myself opening packages because if I receive a damaged or incorrect product, I have proof of exactly how it arrived. Thankfully, I did that this time too.

After opening the package, I was honestly disappointed with the quality. For ₹934, I expected much better. In my opinion, the jersey felt more like something worth around ₹500. To make things worse, there was a visible stain on the jersey.

I immediately contacted Fanaacs through WhatsApp and sent them the necessary details. They replied, but then basically left me hanging without properly resolving the issue. I also emailed them the same day, but received no response.

I went through their website again trying to find some proper customer-support contact, but couldn't find anything useful apart from the name Rapos Ventures.

I searched for Rapos Ventures and found their contact details:

I tried calling the number, but nobody picked up. I also tried WhatsApp, but that didn't help either. So I emailed them explaining the entire situation.

Thankfully, Rapos Ventures replied on 12th August and told me that they would refund my money.

Later that day, I received an email from Fanaacs saying that my order has been refunded and it will take 10 days to appear in my account.

After all of this, I finally received my ₹934 refund today, 14th August.

I've provided all the screenshots of me trying to reach out to them.

So, after going through this entire experience, my personal advice to anyone considering Fanaacs is:

AVOID FANAACS.

Even if you see a jersey at a huge discount, I personally don't think it's worth the hassle. There are plenty of other places to buy jerseys from, and saving a few hundred rupees isn't worth dealing with poor communication and uncertainty over refunds.

And for anyone who has already ordered from Fanaacs and is stuck without updates, unable to contact them, or waiting for a refund, this is the contact I found useful:

I have to appreciate him for the early delivery because the delivery got late due to excessive rainfall in his city and i live in Hyderabad. If there was no excessive rainfall I'd have received my order 2-3 days earlier.

Arnab, the seller, gives really quick replies to the customers and that's the thing I like about him. I spoke to a lot of other sellers on WhatsApp and they don't really reply quickly and that kinda makes you feel like you're left high and dry but it's just opposite with Arnab
