How should I approach an older woman?

Good evening, everyone. I'd like a little help. I'm 26 years old, and at the gym I go to, there's a woman around 40 whom I really like. I'm quite fit, and so is she. We've made eye contact many times, but until now I hadn't done anything out of respect he's there to work out, and I didn't want to make things awkward. At one point, we ended up training alternately on sets, and she spoke to me very sweetly and nicely, while also touching my arm. After that moment, I felt more confident, and I told her the truth that I really love her energy and that she's very charming and strong. I didn't want to focus on her body or her beauty, just that. She seemed to really like it and blushed a little. She told me I have an amazing body and that my legs are very nice and that on a man, that's a great thing.I didn't want to keep pushing aggressively, so I decided to take it slower to avoid making things uncomfortable. When she talked to me, she looked very intensely into my eyes and held my arm I felt really good. I don't know what to do.
