My bestie has also now been diagnosed with breast cancer and is trying to pick between these two surgeons in the DC area. Does anyone have any experience with either?

I had the Bose sleep buds for six years, no issues. I got these and it has not even been six months and I have nothing but issues with them. They are not reliable. They do not last more than 7 hours, and now the sound is not working, even at the highest level you can barely hearing anything. I was told to email support, I did and nothing happened. Has anyone had this issue and fixed it or had success with getting a replacement or refund beyond 30 days?
