I know the movie isnt highly regarded by any means, but I think it put things into perspective for me nicely.

I'm a male in a management position in one of the most wealthiest companies in the globe (military). We only have one female coworker so she's kinda the token character. Over the past 10 years of my military career, I have very rarely worked with females. It was kinda good to see a different perspective on things I was brushing off because its the status quo/"not that deep".

I sold a person a cover for a car manual and all the OEM pamphlets, they took a photo of it and its everything that was in the initial listing pictures.

They claimed they thought it also had the owners manual itself which the pictures explicitly show it does not and are requesting I send them a shipping label so they can return it.

Are they entitled to money back guarantee for accidentally purchasing it? Is it worth engaging with the individual further?
