I found a traffic cone up in a deer stand inside a poacher's camp. Poacher attacked me when I didn't leave. He didn't have anything out of the ordinary in his inventory.

I finally saved all the Bastards. [KCD1]

It only took 3 attempts at the final showdown. The ambush mission at the creek took at least 12 attempts to save everyone, though.
